On the job training

 During the past few years I've had several OJT in many different work places. The most difficult place to be trained was at a gardening place, in the middle of the high season. That was a OJT, but more of a coaching while I've had to work with clients. The fact that it was the high season was sort of a drawback because the trainer had to be the boss and he was very busy during the training, so I've had to learn fast and even sometimes find out the right way to achieve things on my own. Plus, at that time I didn't know much about gardening so with all the ins-and-outs to learn as a trainee I've had to learn few basics of gardening to be able to answer correctly to the clients. After few weeks of coaching through the days I've managed to become better and better.

About

 About  I'm a student at Collège Ahuntsic in the diagnostic imaging program. It is a technical program, which means we have five classes per semester, plus the regular classes like Philosophy,  English etc...The program is to prepare ourselves to work as a medical imaging technologist. It is a really interesting job where you can do a lot of different things in the radiology department of an hospital or a private centre like MIR, CT-Scan, X-rays and a lot more. This semester, one of the courses that I'll take is to learn how to take x-rays of the spine and the head.  The third year of the program is mostly an internship, added to one final class between this internship. Everyone wants to do it in a hospital close to their home, so it can get a little competitive because there are a lot of students and not so many hospital, but all of the classmates find a good place to do their internship.
